Unari

Unari is a mermaid living in the sea near Okinawa, who takes it upon herself to protect the area. She is normally seen with a veil covering her head, and doesn't allow others to look at her face. Unlike her mermaid siblings, Unari inherited her father's dragon horns and has a patch of scales covering her right eye, which led to her own mother calling her ugly and urging her to cover her face.
